1981 Season
Head Coach: Mike Madsen
With a record of 10-0-1 for dual meet competition, the Girls' Cross Country Team had a successful year. The achievements of the team were numerous: 2nd in DPVL, 3rd in District, 6th in Sectional, four 1st's in Invitationals. According to Coach Madsen, the spirit was outstanding for the team which began only three years ago. This year two girls, Eileen Slowikowski (16th at State) and Anne Schuessler, qualified for State. But the best news is yet to come, "none of our top seven graduates this year!"
