Abby Off to State!

Going into the toughest Sectional in the state, the Hornets had no illusions about making it to State as a team. Everyone ran well, though, and some P.R.'s were set. In addition, Abby Petersen qualified for State as an individual. This is the fourth time she has qualified for State. She qualified with the team as a freshman, qualified during her sophomore year with the team even though there was no State meet because of Covid-19, and qualified as an individual last year.

Abby Petersen - 19:26 (30th Place)
Abby ran a season P.R. and qualified for State for the fourth time. She has gone to State every year it was possible in her high school career.
Anna Wilcox - 20:44 (83rd Place)
Anna was the 13th freshman to finish at the toughest Sectional in the State.
Elena Garcia - 21:10 (97th Place)
Annabella Ramirez - 21:25 (105th Place)
Annabella ran a lifetime P.R.!
Yuliya Drabchuk - 21:58 (119th Place)
Tian Schulte - 22:06 (122nd Place)
Tian ran a lifetime P.R.!
